Please join Chicago Irish for Palestine at Pilsen Community Books on Wednesday, May 28th, from 7-8PM, for a special presentation with our comrade and friend Bill Chambers on their recently released book, “My Chicago Activist Life: From Chicago to Palestine 1968-2025”. In the presentation, Bill will be exploring his time as an activist for both Ireland and Palestine and connecting his experiences to the current moment we now face with Donald Trump in the White House and the rise of White supremacist fascism. We want this event to be one that helps us to look forward by looking back at history and the lessons it can teach us.

MASKS ARE ENCOURAGED AND WILL BE PROVIDED!!!

Copies of Bill’s book will be available for sale and all proceeds from the night will go to the Mahmoud family in Gaza, a family of thirteen, including several children and two babies, who live in northern Gaza.
