Content: We stand with Keshia Golden, do you? Keshia is a young mother fighting first-degree murder charges for defending herself and her unborn child (now three-years-old) against her abuser. Her experience as a survivor of domestic violence and her criminalization by the state is one of the most despicable forms of oppression women face under patriarchy and the capitalist system it upholds. No courts, police, laws, or anyone organization came to Keshia’s aid when she needed it the most. The system failed, and it forced Keshia to save herself and her unborn child. That is why it is up to us to free Keshia, to vindicate her name, and fight to end the system that tries to keep her and countless others in a state of submission.
