As attacks on voting rights continue—from voter roll purges to barriers that make it harder for people to cast a ballot—we’re coming together to defend one of our most fundamental freedoms. 🕯️ Join us for the John Lewis Candlelight Vigil 📍 Across from Buckingham Fountain (east side of S. DuSable Lake Shore Dr.) The vigil kicks off a weekend of action dedicated to protecting the freedom to vote and continuing the work of getting into “good trouble.” Throughout the weekend, you can also volunteer at voter registration events and help more people make their voices heard.
