Please join us in Chicago this Saturday, on the anniversary of the July 4th noise demo outside the Prairieland ICE detention center in Texas, for a letter-writing to the Prairieland defendants who were sentenced last week to a horrific 30 to 100 years in prison. They need our love and support now more than ever.

At 2pm we will have a discussion with former political prisoners including Rene, a former George Floyd uprising defendant. Letter-writing will follow until the evening. (All are welcome to come earlier for our usual open volunteer hours and book packing starting at 12pm!)

We are located at 3613 W Cermak Rd, Chicago IL 60623, in the Theatre Y building on the third floor. (Please hit the doorbell to get in!)
