Content: Join us to celebrate Pride Month with a documentary on LGBTQ history and the fight to declassify homosexuality as a mental illness. 🗓️ Friday, June 12 🎥 This documentary features interviews from veteran activists that fought the medical establishment in the 1970s to redefine what it meant to be gay. It traces their struggle from Stonewall and the social movements of the 1960s, through their clash with the American Psychiatric Association, and how their victory paved the way for further advances in the long arc of the struggle for LGBTQ liberation.
