Irish and Palestinian solidarity and resistance have long been interconnected. This solidarity was further fortified following Oct. 7. On Turtle Island, we've seen a wave of organizing that politicizes Irish identity and culture in service to Palestinian Liberation. This is wonderful and cute! Many of us experience Irish America as pretty broken, and this impacts how we show up in solidarity movements. Join Breaking the Firewall in a conversation with Mx. Yaffa about organizing, the politics of diaspora and identity, and building strategically towards Collective Liberation.

This conversation will draw on themes from Yaffa's new book, Be Better Broken: In Service to Liberation, focusing on the possibilities for liberation that exist inside the cracks.
