Self-Defense + Community Care in Pilsen

Join The CHAAD project and Elías of Pilsen Defense and Access for an introduction into self-defense for all skill levels and conversation surrounding community care and defense on March 3rd, 6:30pm in the Pilsen nieghborhood area.

The purpose of this class is to provide folks with basic knowledge, tools and confidence to better protect themselves and their community. We'll go over situational awareness, dealing with fall prevention, basic punches, different common wanted grips on us, getting off a wall, and defending ourselves on the ground.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

Location will be in Pilsen and address will be emailed out two days before.

While this class is sliding scale $15-30 per person, but no one will be turned away if you do not have funds. To reserve your spot please donate you desired ticket amount to Pilsen Defense & Access.
