Content: In October, the U.S. Attorney charged Juan Espinoza Martinez with a bogus charge of offering a bounty to kill Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino. The government circulated false information that Mr. Espinoza Martinez was a Latin King gang member who was offering up to $10,000.00 for Bovino's murder. In January, a jury rapidly found Mr. Espinoza Martinez not guilty. Join Mr. Espinoza Martinez's attorneys, Dena Singer and Jonathan Bedi, on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Grace Place, 637 S. Dearborn for a presentation and discussion on the trial. This event is sponsored by NLG Chicago and Chicago NPAP. Register: bit.ly/BeatBovino Accessibility: Grace Place is wheelchair accessible.
