Content: Emergency vigil / protest at The Arch in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood. According to Minneapolis' mayor, Department of Homeland Security's assertion that the ICE agent acted in self-defense "is bullshit." "Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly, that is bullshit. This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying, getting killed.”
