Content: This Halloween, we’re recognizing what really scares us – the $9 billion quantum facility that the city and state are trying to build and would poison, displace, and militarize South Chicago and South Shore residents! Join us for art making and discussion about how the quantum facility would impact us, our campaign to stop it, and what we envision and demand for direct investment in our neighborhoods. Teach-in begins at 1:30 pm.
